Jane Bishop is founder and CEO of Take the Next Step which emerged out of her passion to help others “go for their It.” Her organization offers coaching, consulting, and training services that empower individuals, groups, and organizations by connecting them with their potential for success. Jane has over 25 years of experience in training and leading people in academic, athletic and organizational settings. She works with groups in team development/strengthening; facilitates strategy conversations for groups/teams to define purpose, develop a strategic plan and implement action steps; and delivers training modules customized for client objectives. Jane has a Bachelor of Science in Education from Samford University, a Master of Arts in Education from University of Alabama Birmingham and a Master of Arts in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. She is also trained and/or certified in the following:

Jane resides in a suburb of Atlanta, GA. She enjoys music, sports, reading, photography and staying fit. She is also a worship leader and soloist. She has written for several periodicals and was a contributing writer to Interpersonal Relationship Skills for Ministry.
